I’ve had the pleasure of working with countless dogs throughout my experience in daycare, boarding, and rescue. I transitioned from rescue work when I realized my passion lies in helping pet parents gain the skills and tools they need to strengthen their bond with their dogs—and prevent surrender.
Every dog I work with brings a unique personality, set of quirks, and individual needs, and I love deciphering these traits to create tailored strategies for each session. Even after years of training, I’m proud that I continue to learn something new from every dog and person I meet.

Animals and nature have always been close to my heart. I’ve spent the last 9 years working in the animal care industry feeding that love with experience in boarding, daycare, training, and rescue. Throughout that time, I’ve worked with many dogs and have learned many things – but what truly shaped my approach was learning to look beyond the behavior itself and focus on the “why” behind it.
There can be many reasons driving the behaviors we label as “bad”, but it was only as I continued helping dogs at the shelter, did I realize that one of the most overlooked pieces of the puzzle is meaningful enrichment and true decompression.
My time working with shelter dogs, especially through trail hikes, opened my eyes to just how powerful even one day a week of proper outlet and freedom can be. Dogs need opportunities to move, explore, and express themselves naturally—to simply be dogs.
This is what drives the work I do today. My goal is helping pet parents provide their dogs with the physical and mental outlets they need, creating a better mindset for learning, and supporting more balanced, fulfilled lives.
